10 – 12: From Presence to Connection: Building Trust and Flow in Any Space 💫
We begin by warming up 🌡️ our bodies and loosing up and connecting with others through several theatrical games.
12 – 13: Shine Online✨ Posture and Setup Tips for Magnetic Video Calls 👩💻
We will learn how to maintain great posture and mental focus during long video calls, while respecting your body’s natural balance.
We’ll also guide you through the essentials of a professional setup — framing, lighting, and sound — so you can look and feel your best online.

Who are we?
The course is designed and led by Matteo Leoni and “Buvoland” (Giulia Buvoli), two artists with extensive experience in the world of theatre, film, and theatre pedagogy.
Matteo and Buvoland have devoted their lives to the performing arts, using theatre as a tool for personal growth and emotional well-being.
After experiencing the frenetic pace of modern society, they chose Fuerteventura as their place of inspiration, convinced that its nature and tranquility are ideal for helping people reconnect with themselves and with others.
Their mission is to create a safe and trusting space where everyone can express themselves freely and rediscover the joy of playing and creating without fear.
